About the Speakers:
Amanda R. Bogle, J.D., is a Senior Consultant with Advis, where she has focused her practice primarily on the 340B Drug Pricing Program, provider-based compliance, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy. Amanda also practices as an Associate Attorney for Advis’ law firm—AdvisLaw, LLC. As part of her practice at Advis, she acts as a trusted advisor on a range of business, legal, and regulatory issues affecting the health care industry. Amanda has a specialized understanding of regulatory compliance and navigating the ever-evolving landscape of health care regulations and legislation, putting providers at ease knowing they will be equipped to handle any changes at the outset. She also has expertise in health care fraud and abuse issues, such as ensuring compliance with pertinent laws and regulations such as the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, EMTALA, and the False Claims Act.
Corrine Brandt, J.D. is a consultant with Advis, and assits consultants in client related work. She has participated in internships at Community Hospital in the Quality and Risk Management Department and HealthLinc as their Medical-Legal Partnership Intern. Corinne has been published in the ABA Journal, JURIST, and presented her research at the Indiana Center for Nursing 2018 Nursing Summit. She wrote complementary pieces about facial recognition software and the potential risks of unregulated use. Corinne also presented research in the area of hospital regulatory compliance and The Joint Commission at the 2018 Indiana Center for Nursing annual Nursing Summit.
