This eleven-part on-demand webinar series will review key sections of the CMS Hospital Conditions of Participation (CoP) manual, Appendix A. It is designed to help hospital staff understand and comply with federal regulations, including those required for Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. Topics include infection control, QAPI, medical staff, nursing services, patient rights, and more. The program will also cover updates from 2020 through 2025, including areas where interpretive guidelines and survey procedures are still pending.
