CERTIFIED HEALTHCARE TRUSTEE

The program has a term of 3 years with an option to renew after the third year without completing the CHT exam again.

To obtain your Certified Healthcare Trustee designation, you must:

1.       Currently serve on a hospital/health system board with 1 year or more of service

2.       Have completed 24 hours of continuing education by approved sources with the last 3 years.

·         Proof of Attendance can be sent to info@tht.org.

3.       Pay the CHT fee of $125.00.

4.       Complete the CHT Exam with a passing score of 70% or better.

5.       Complete the CHT Certification Form with signature from your hospital’s CEO. (Available upon completion of the CHT Exam.)
