Join us for an engaging, full-day educational program designed specifically for frontline healthcare staff. This interactive workshop provides practical, immediately applicable strategies to strengthen documentation, improve patient safety, support infection prevention, and help frontline staff understand their role in quality improvement.

The morning session focuses on Documentation Excellence, including best practices for clear, accurate and defensible documentation and an interactive mock deposition-style scenario. The afternoon focuses on Quality & Infection Prevention, with practical strategies staff can use every day to support safer, higher-quality care.

Who should attend: Nursing staff, patient care teams, clinical support staff, unit-based frontline leaders, and others involved in direct patient care.

Registration: FREE for Critical Access Hospital designees through the MBQIP Flex Grant. Non-CAH participants: $30, which includes the meal and nursing CE certificate.
